Your experience and concerns.

We care about the service we provide to our clients and our community. At every level though our charitable organisation, we benefit from the services of dedicated volunteers. It is important to the development of our service that we know what we do right and where we could do better.

If you have had a positive experience of our service, please do let us know what it was about the service that you valued so much. Equally, if you have any concerns with our service, please do let us know what your concerns are as soon as you can. It is often easier to resolve an issue if we are made aware of it at an early stage. We know that sometimes we are not able to meet expectations and that mistakes can be made. We want to learn from our mistakes and put them right where we can. We treat all concerns raised with us in confidence and raising a concern will not affect your ongoing or future contact with us in any way.

If you wish to make contact with us regarding these terms and conditions please write to The Office Manager at Kingsland House, Les Basses Capelles, St Sampson, GY2 4WE or email to manager@gbs.org.gg
