We provide emotional support for anyone, aged over 16 years, who is struggling to cope with a loss. Most support is on a one-to-one basis but, from time-to-time we run support groups, which are an opportunity to share experiences and support others in a similar situation.
If you feel we may be of help to you, call 257778 or get in touch by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
You will be offered an initial appointment with the Service Manager who will take a few very basic details from you and explain a little more about how the Service works. This helps us to find the most appropriate volunteer for you to meet with. The counselling sessions are usually an hour long and you can have as few or as many as you need.

If you are interested please take a look at the "room hire info leaflet" which can be downloaded at the foot of the page. Alternatively contact us on 257778 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
